En Fuego manager Craig Watkins has attempted to forge this attitude upon his team. Overcoming adversity such as taking an entire season off, multiple injuries, and losing some core players, En Fuego (11-1) continues to win. With a vintage comeback performance En Fuego won the 2012 Spring Thursday SVUSD league championship by beating longtime rival Stac Pac 24-23 in an epic championship game.     more...

STEED MEMORIAL PARK, SAN CLEMENTE – CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL: En Fuego 26, Shady Project 25
En Fuego was just able to come up with enough players to assemble a team to be able to compete in the fourth annual SCMAF Orange County Divisional Tournament in San Clemente. Although it has become more and more difficult to gather the core of the team for tournaments, En Fuego continues to march forward. They were able to slide by Shady Project by the narrowest of margins, 26-25 to take home their third OC Divisional title in the last four years.     more...

With a tremendous effort and a miraculous finish En Fuego (4-1) overcame the loss of several players due to various reasons leading up to and during the United Athletics Tournament at San Clemente to win the championship 25-13 over Scar Tissue (3-1) in dramatic fashion.     more...
