En Fuego won their eleventh tournament title in team history by beating the Outlaws 13-10 in the final game of the day. En Fuego jumped out to a 10-0 lead after 3 ˝ innings and held off the Outlaw’s late rally to seal the victory.  In the final win over the Outlaws four players from En Fuego collected three hits apiece including tournament MVP Corrie Willkie, all-tournament outfielders Kevin Lorton and Vince Petruzzi. Once again for En Fuego pitching and defense was the story. En Fuego pitcher Craig Watkins allowed only 6.7 runs per game. Behind him the defense made the plays they had to make. “Adam (Rummel) was outstanding at shortstop for us. Cesar (Reyes) played great at second base, overall the team played great defense.” Said Watkins

In the first game of the tourney En Fuego played Shake n Bake. En Fuego got off to a slow start on offense but rallied their way to a 7-6 extra inning win. In the bottom of the eighth inning catcher Jason Santoro singled in the decisive run for the walk off win. Good pitching and defense allowed En Fuego to get off to a good start on the day.

Tournament MVP OF Corrie Willkie hit .933 with 12 RBI.

In the second game of the day En Fuego played Fo Sho and jumped out early scoring eight runs in the first two innings. From there En Fuego never looked back running away with a 14-1 victory.
