Career Statistics

Lorton is an original member of En Fuego who has played in third most games all-time. He has been a large part of the team’s success over the years.  Mainly a right fielder, Lorton can play any outfield position and has also played second base when needed.

Early in his career KL was nicknamed the “Banshee”. While racing around the bases back in the day, his long flock of hair would flow as he stretched singles into doubles and doubles into triples.  The flock was cut after the 2000 summer season at Chapparosa Park in which he promised the team if they went undefeated he would cut it off.  En Fuego went 13-0, won the title and Lorton was given a haircut.  He was the last of the long haired “Rockers” on En Fuego.

Kevin has won multiple batting titles and team MVP awards. On December 8th, 2005 he became the third player to reach 1,000 hits in his career. He ranks first all-time with En Fuego in hits, runs, and at bats and also is in the top five in several other categories.
